We are always evolving, learning new things, adapting, growing, changing. It was really important to me when I was thinking of a name for our studio that we would have something which reflected what we offer. Our teachers our compassionate, inquisitive and playful, they are always looking to learn more within their disciplines to be able to offer you the options you need.

 

Our practices, like us, are always evolving.

We are not a “traditional” studio, we recognise that progress has been made and must continue to be made in order for us to reach our full potential. However, we also see that progress is the essence of most of these traditions and that’s what we want to offer: a community where you can progress, learn, develop and be you. All are welcome here.
