1. YIN YOGA with Anne-Marie // 3rd & 4th May - In the first session we will explore the benefits and contraindications of yin yoga - what is it and why practice it? We will break down key yin poses and look at how to sequence a class.
2. MYOFASCIAL RELEASE with Anne-Marie // 23rd & 24th August - This will be a deep dive into what we understand about fascia and techniques for self-massage and deep release.
3.RESTORATIVE with Anna // 25th & 26th October - The final session will tie things up nicely with the ultimate rest! Understand why restorative is a key practice in nervous system regulation and why that’s so important.
These weekends are £160 each or join us for all 3 to receive an £80 discount and a certificate recognising 40 hours of CPD.
4 Week Pilates Beginners Course

This 4 week beginners course will introduce you to Pilates by exploring the fundamental principles and giving you a greater understanding of how the movements feel in your body. Pilates uses slow and controlled movements with a key focus on strengthening our deep core muscles and promoting balance, posture, strength and mobility.
Linking our breath with mindful movement to work our whole body in a balanced way, a Pilates class might just leave you feeling a little taller, more centred and (hopefully) with a smile on your face!
All equipment will be provided. (You are welcome to bring your own mat if you have one.)
