4 Week Yoga Beginners Course

Time: 10.30-11.30am
Over the duration of course you will learn about the basic physical poses, transitions, breath work and meditation. We will focus on moving away from how a pose looks and instead, consider how it feels, focussing on safe and individual alignment. Your experience of the pose is far more important than the aesthetics.
Your reasons for starting yoga may vary from looking to strengthen and tone up, rehabilitation from injuries or easing aches and pains; looking for ways to cope with stress and anxiety; or perhaps looking to deepen your connection with your self. Whatever the reason, this course is right for you.
All equipment will be provided. (You are welcome to bring your own mat if you have one.)

4 Week Pilates Beginners Course

Time: 10.15-11.15am
This 4 week beginners course will introduce you to Pilates by exploring the fundamental principles and giving you a greater understanding of how the movements feel in your body. Pilates uses slow and controlled movements with a key focus on strengthening our deep core muscles and promoting balance, posture, strength and mobility.
Linking our breath with mindful movement to work our whole body in a balanced way, a Pilates class might just leave you feeling a little taller, more centred and (hopefully) with a smile on your face!
All equipment will be provided. (You are welcome to bring your own mat if you have one.)
