Evolve Yoga: 200 Hours Teacher Training – Progressive Flow
February – April 2021
Location: Evolve Yoga, Crofton (nr Thursby), Cumbria
Whether you are interested in teaching yoga, or simply looking to deepen and explore your own practice, a 200- hour certification will give you the tools you need.
This training is for anyone who is passionate about the science of movement and how we can maintain our bodies in a way that nurtures and supports rather than attacks them. The style of yoga will be flow-based with influences from Vinyasa, Forrest, Yin and Restorative Yoga; all delivered in a safe and functional way to make teaching yoga make sense in your body.
"This course is way more than just your average teacher training- we were challenged to really look into ourselves as people, ask the difficult questions and begin to face the struggles we’ve dealt with our whole lives. All the while being taught in depth about having compassion and understanding for our own and others’ bodies. I found a family and a home here, not only among others but also- for the first time- within myself." - Emily
"You will learn a lot more than how to become a good yoga teacher, it may change your life. I can't recommend this course and Anne-Marie highly enough. If you are thinking about taking this course, just do it! You won't regret it. Best thing I've done in years." - Shirley
