About the event

Most of us really have no idea just how powerful we are and what we have access to within ourselves. Deeply entrenched conditioning has turned so many of us into docile, caged animals. We have become too comfortable and passive, we tolerate ill health, numb out, settle for less, cope badly with unrelenting stress and ultimately all of this serves to disconnect us from our own great power. When we truly connect to our highest self we begin to dissolve these old ways of being and tired limitations. Learning the codes to our nervous systems is critical in terms of experiencing the potential that can awaken us from the slumber. We become vibrant, expansive, anchored to our purpose and deeply in touch with ourselves and the world.

This workshop will encourage you to locate the part of you which truly resonates with energy and rekindle and reaffirm that connection for extremely powerful self-healing and resilience. You will be guided through a potent combination of creative and out of the box asana, experience the profound importance of voicework (why and how to connect to yours daily) and learn simple breathing techniques for alchemising various gaseous mixes for altered states.

This will be a dynamic full spectrum, explorative yet inclusive practice for all levels, with an emphasis on the nervous system and neurology to awaken the energy body and unlock the unmitigated force of the spirit ready for transformation.

Expect your notions of your own body and mind to be challenged and feel all kinds of glorious!
